We may also work with aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably be linked back to you.

How We Share Your Information

There are circumstances in which we disclose your information to others, including:

  • Vendors and service providers who help us run our business — such as hosting providers, analytics platforms, scheduling tools, payment processors, CRM systems, cloud storage services, email platforms, and IT and security vendors
  • Professional advisors including lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers
  • Affiliates or business partners, where sharing is reasonably necessary to deliver services or operate our business

  • Enforce our agreements, including engagement terms and invoices
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of our business, our clients, our service providers, or others

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and related tools to better understand how people use our Site, to keep it functioning well, to remember preferences, and to support performance tracking and analytics. You can adjust your browser settings to block or limit cookies, though doing so may affect how certain parts of our Site work.

How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain personal information only as long as we reasonably need it — to deliver our services, meet legal and regulatory requirements, maintain required records, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. How long that is will depend on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

How We Protect Your Information

We use a combination of administrative, technical, and physical measures to guard your information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, and unauthorized disclosure or modification. These measures may include access controls, password protections, encryption, and secure vendor platforms, among others.

That said, no online transmission or digital storage system is entirely foolproof. We work hard to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee its absolute security, and you transmit information to us at your own risk.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over your personal information. These can include the right to:

  • Know what information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate
  • Request that we delete your information
  • Opt out of certain types of communications
  • Withdraw consent where consent is the basis for our use of your data
  • Learn more about how your information is collected and used

We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request, and in some cases applicable law may permit us to decline. To make a request, contact us through our contact form.

California Residents

California law gives residents certain additional rights over their personal information, including rights to know, access, correct, and delete data we hold, as well as protection against discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information within the meaning of California law. To submit a request, visit our contact form.
