I am Alexis,
a Human Resources and People Operations leader with more than 15 years of experience, driven by a commitment to partnering with talented people at every level to build positive, inclusive, and forward-looking organizations. That conviction has shaped every role I have held, in multiple contexts across 20 states.
My background spans the full scope of what it means to run HR well. I have built HR and Business Operations functions from the ground up, multiple times, across media, technology, regulated scientific and manufacturing environments, and federal contracting. I have led a full HR turnaround at a multi-state media company, served as an independent practitioner embedded in a Series A startup, and worked alongside outside counsel, brokers, TPAs, and search firms to manage the operational and compliance infrastructure that makes people strategy executable.
The work covers the full employee lifecycle: talent acquisition and workforce planning, compensation and total rewards, benefits administration, onboarding, performance management, organizational development, change management, payroll, HRIS, and leave. On the compliance side, I have managed complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations, and maintained regulatory compliance across Title VII, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, EEOC, OFCCP, and OSHA requirements.
I started Workstage Advisory to bring that range of experience to a broader portfolio of clients — and to help talented individuals navigate the moments in their careers that matter most.
